The elegance and beauty of strapless dresses is undeniable. However, it's not uncommon that some of you are concerned with issues like slipping, fit and hold. So, I'm sharing with you my collection of strapless Herve Leger dresses and my opinion of these bare shouldered beauties!

While we love how Herve Leger molds and shapes the waist and hips, it sometimes can smoosh the boobs. Whether you're small or large chested, a good bra can help how everything looks "up there." One of the things that I absolutely LOVE the most about being involved in HLO is getting to know girls all over the world who have the same obsession with Herve Leger and fashion. I can't even begin to explain how special I feel getting such personalized emails. A super sweet and beautiful reader from Sweden who we will call Goldilocks, recently emailed me pictures of herself in Herve during her last trip to the US. One of her outfits was partly inspired by a previous review of a black Herve Leger top. The pic is so lovely that it inspired me to 1.*ahem* copy, and 2. share with everyone!

To which, I respond, "It's beautiful; the size of your bustline plays a very small role in Herve Leger." Honestly, I mean it! The Ann Taylor Perfect pump has been loved and raved by bloggers for many years now. If you haven't heard about it, you should definitely check it out. It's a great everyday heel, particularly if you spend lots of time in an office setting. I've had several pairs for quite a while, and the durability and comfort are fantastic. And, my favorite casual heel of the moment is an Ann Taylor Perfect!

Did I tell you all that I LOVE Herve Leger? So much in fact, that it has been years since I wore a different brand to a formal event. I think Jennifer Love Hewitt had the same ailment a little while back. ;) Anyway, when you wear any brand repeatedly, your style can be categorized as stale or boring, even if HL is what I consider to be the most amazing impressive dresses in the world! But, believe it or not, Herve Leger can possess many different attitudes, not just timeless high class sexy. 

Just because one may have Chanel, Herve Leger or other designers in their closet, doesn't mean that they are loose with their money! This may sound odd, but most of my friends consider me to be extremely frugal. A new set of posts called Splurge or Save will go over when it's worth it to go high end and when it's not. Other topics will include how and where to score amazing designer deals. This first post is about denim jeans!

A very common question that I get through emails is if a particular dress runs very small. So, I've compiled a list of dresses that run unusually small. Most of these dresses are from Fall 2008 and are in high demand but not available to try on before buying.  

I've had a very happy week. Why? I added a new item to my closet that I'm obsessed with! It's a beautiful Chanel 2.55 M/L bag in black caviar leather. It's so chic and so timeless and will always hold its value. :D It adds a zing to my outfits from casual to formal! It is the bag that I've always wanted, and now, it's all mine!

This is probably the very easiest way to pull off Herve Leger or BCBG bandage skirts flawlessly. Pair it with a silk blouse! The result will be sexy, sophisticated and effortless! This is a look that will flatter just about all body tops too! Both Equipment blouse and White House Black Market blouse were reviewed and used to demonstrate! :)

I'm a firm believer that Herve Leger needs very little accessories in order to look complete. The dresses are so impressive by themselves that everything else should be relatively muted or else the look becomes too busy. What is imperative is good makeup application, nice shoes, and hair that has been styled. However, jackets, jewelry, and statement shoes can most certainly give a unique twist! As requested, here are my opinions on accessorizing Herve Leger. :)

Wanted to share some of the stuff I've been obsessing loving recently. Some of them I have already bought. *giant smile* :) Us, girls love pretty things! hehe Spring 2012 has brought some very beautiful fresh looks/inspiration. The trends are vibrant and ultra feminine. I want and approve. :D
