Today, I wanted to share with you my three most favorite bags as so many of you loved my first Chanel bag post. All top three favorite purses happen to be Chanel. :P I also wanted to do a quick comparison of some of Rebecca Minkoff's bags that share some similarities but not the price tag!

A little while back, Rent the Runway had a summer promotion where they randomly selected some members to receive a free dress rental. I was lucky enough to be one of the recepients. It was an interesting pleasant experience, and I thought I would share. 

The most confusing predicament when wearing Herve Leger is not what bag, shoes, or jewelry to wear, it's what underwear! A popular route that many girls take is the adhesive bra, but it's not ideal for a number of reasons. This post will go over the best strapless bras whether you're large, small or right in the middle! This is a continuation and improved version of my old post on shapers and special bras to wear with Herve Leger.

When I bump into something BEAUTIFUL, I let all you wonderful ladies in on the secret too! This time I've found the most amazing blazer! I've had a good number of very beautiful blazers, but this one takes the cake! The fit, styling, and quality leaves NO room for any critique or complaint in my review! ... well, almost anyway...  Also, at the bottom, I'll reveal my latest Herve Leger purchase. ;)

This site is all about iconic dresses that leave a lasting impression, the sort that get recreated year after year due to its beauty and popularity. Herve Leger represents all that and will always be my number one go to dress. But, every once in a while I like to take some time to honor some other very beautiful items. This time it's the timeless sexy Dolce Gabbana bustier dress!

I used to be one of those crazy girls that would buy clothes just because it was cheap. I don't know how many dresses, pants and shirts that I got on clearance for less than $7. In fact, my closet still has a bunch of these items. Over time, I've become significantly wiser, or at least I'd like to think so. :P Nowadays, I actually spend less cumulatively, but each item is usually much more expensive. I've become SUPER picky about any clothing that I buy as my closet is excessively over packed. Aside from essentials like tees and tanks, the items have to be PERFECT, and worthy of eliciting compliments.

This is going to be a review of bandage tops paired with bandage skirts to create the look of one bandage dress. This is an interesting idea if it can be done successfully. Ultimately, it means that you can get three uses out of 2 items. The two items can be used as a standalone skirt, top, OR dress! And, it could potentially be a money saving trick as well! :) Also, there's a totally random skincare trick I wanted to share with everyone at the bottom. 

It might be surprising to know that I finally received my first BCBG Max Azria power dress. Given my obsession with Herve Leger dresses and BCBG bandage skirts, it is a bit strange that I don't have one single power dress. This post will go over my personal thoughts about power dresses and how they compare to Herve Leger. 

I am constantly on the look out for Herve Leger look alikes and have done a good number of Herve Leger comparisons. Though I personally have not had any luck with finding a brand that is comparable in creating the signature sexy bandage look that I get from Herve Leger, it's still funny when I see downright copycat designs. So, as many of you follow the little chat box on the right, you may already know I got a teal Herve Leger top recently. :D I've been a little crazy over Herve Leger tops since I got duplicates of a black tank from the boutique sale. I like the black tank more, but the teal one is pretty awesome too. This post will be a quick review of the teal top, Herve Leger tops in general, and outfit pairing with BCBG skirts. Enjoy!

We already know that there's a French Connection ribbons dress that is oftentimes mistaken for Herve Leger, but there's also another one that is frequently being called Herve Leger when in fact it's not! It's the Pleasure Doing Business dress!

I am constantly on the look out for great alternatives to Herve Leger. I understand that the price of Herve Leger is a bit hard to swallow even when the dresses are on sale. And, even if you can afford to be a little frivolous with your cash, it's always awesome when you find a cheaper alternative that is ACTUALLY comparable! For instance, I do not own one single Herve Leger bandage skirt as I find that the BCBG power skirts are close to equal quality. As previously discussed, it is pretty difficult finding good dupes for Herve Leger! 

It seems that everybody including Forever21, Arden B., Guess, Bebe, Armani Exchange, etc does bandage dresses. But NOBODY, and I mean NOBODY does it like Herve Leger. The Herve Leger fabric is so special and has, what I like to call, MAGICAL properties that make women look more toned. On top of that, it makes movement seem sexy. If you don't know what I mean, check out this video of Marisa Miller in her red Herve Leger. Anyway, I know there has always been skepticism over if Herve Leger is truly better so I put together some photos of bandage dresses that I tried on at the mall just to give you ladies an idea of just HOW MUCH BETTER Herve Leger is compared to the rest!  

Several readers who have bumped into my site have asked me what is so special about this brand.  So here I'll explain why Herve Leger is so expensive and my personal opinion of why it actually is worth it! A comparison also to one of the most expensive brands in the world... Valentino!

I usually don't do posts on dresses that are not BCBG or Herve Leger, because the quality is so inferior. I've tried on bandage dresses from Bebe, Guess, New York and Co, Forever21; they have always been a disappointment... You name it, I've probably tried it. However, this dress from French Connection is really great and at a FRACTION of a fraction of the cost. And, currently, it's on sale from reputable online sites! Yay! This dress has also been worn by celebs and that famous Russian spy that was all over the news last year... Anyway, pictures and more description after the jump!
